Get to the root of the problem.

Life's unpredictability can often leave us adrift…or completely stuck. It’s then when old trauma pops up and our nervous system responds however it can. Therapy can be an anchor—an unwavering, grounded connection that supports us in healing and making change. A therapeutic relationship is a safe, nurturing partnership that helps you gain the tools to navigate life’s challenges so you can gain more clarity, confidence, and peace.

Our environment and experiences contribute as much as biology to our wellbeing. At Kite, we actively use nature and the outdoors as an adjunct to psychotherapy. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is available for those who are eligible and interested in exploring alternative approaches to traditional outpatient mental health treatment.

Explore the winds of emotion. Together, we’ll find your ground.

Approaches

  • At Kite, we like to take the conversation out of the office and into the wild. Learn more about Ecotherapy!

  • I use a parts-based approach to help us explore how your internal system works. We can meet in-office or virtually.

  • Brainspotting is a body-based modality that helps you process strong emotions more deeply. I integrate brainspotting into indoor and outdoor sessions, and can also offer intensives.
