Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

I offer sublingual Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with a medical team from Journey Clinical. KAP is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help those who are eligible to experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. Couch Therapy

This is what you may think of when you think of therapy! I sit in a comfy spot, you sit in a comfy spot, and we dig deep. Being in the comfort of my office or virtually from your home provides a level of safety that allows you to sink in and connect with less distractions. Virtual sessions are very similar to in-person, and people report experiencing the same benefits.

I use elements of Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy.

Ecotherapy

Ecotherapy is the practice of incorporating nature into a structured psychotherapeutic approach. Nature is part of the treatment, and we implement it through conducting our sessions outdoors and using our environment to feel safe and connect. Ecotherapy sessions happen on the Terry Hershey Trail right by my office, on the balcony overlooking it, or at a nature sanctuary in West Houston. I offer individual and group ecotherapy sessions, as well as intensives and retreats in locations within 2 hours of Houston.

Pricing

I charge a flat fee of $195 per hour.

I accept United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna, and can also provide you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits.
